1. No Refund Policy

All course enrollm ents and services are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances, including:

• Notstarting the course
• Discontinuing the course midway
• Change of mind or loss of interest

We strongly advise you to review all course and service details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund in Case of Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment is made for the same course or service by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded.

To request a duplicate payment refund:

• You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction
• The refund will be processed within 10 working days after verification
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
